Welcome to American Furniture Repair; a locally owned, family operated company that is committed to repairing your existing furniture while allowing you to save time and money.
Michael and Barbara have been part of the Middle TN area all their lives and are deeply rooted in the community of Hampshire, TN. Michael has been in furniture repair for 25+ years and Barbara has also had 25+ years in the field of customer service. Together they have owned and operated American Furniture Repair since 2002.
Most furniture repair can be done in your home. You will be treated to courteous service, high quality repair and fair prices. American Furniture Repair is factory authorized by Catnapper, Southern Motion, Homestretch, La-Z-Boy, Ethan Allen, Cozzia, Klaussner, Flexsteel, Ashley, Lane and Rowe, as well as partners with warranty companies like Guardsman, Guardian, ServeCo, Safeware and more. Repair is also done for non-warranty work, insurance claims and personal repairs.
Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to decide what is best for your furniture. Of course we want to perform the repair when possible, but we are enthusiastic about finding a solution to your problem, even if it means referring you to another craftsman who may have skills that are not in our wheelhouse.

American Furniture Repair made recent days so much easier for me. I can't remember doing business with anybody any nicer. I'm 84 but still have a pretty good memory. American Furniture Repair is just outstanding and am pleased our paths crossed a few weeks ago.
I thought it most thoughtful they sent a picture of the technician and truck prior to his visit. The gesture was sincerely appreciated.
I was really pleased to get my chair fixed perfectly. I sat down to watch the news that night but fell asleep because it is great to have my old friend back! During my move my sofa needed up with a hole in the side resulting in an not so attractive hole in the side. I spent way to much time trying to find a mobile upholstery shop to help fix it and was having no luck or company wanting to charge upwards of $400 for a fix. American Furniture Repair was the most professional and straightforward company I have worked with in a long time. My sofa was repaired and looks amazing. The tech was polite, efficient and communicative about the repair. He was hard working and showed a great concern in making sure my experience was good and the sofa met my expectations. There cost was $85, which when you consider someone driving to my house and a 1/2 hr or so repair was a great value- especially during a time when it seems like unexpected bills just won't end. I definitely recommend this company. I was looking around for a company to have my sofa repair. And ran across America furniture repair. It was a easy process, I was able to text pictures of my sofa and get the estimate the next business day. Pricing was affordable and it didn't take much time for them to fit me into the schedule.
